Event Information

The Expo will be held on September 17 and September 18 with different schools going on each day. Exhibitors will be set up in three different spaces (Exhibit Hall, outside space and the Waymire Dome). Exhibitors in the outside space may want to bring a tent, but tables and chairs will be provided. Skilled trades, vehicles and large machinery will be placed outside.

Can you donate prizes for the Top Student Awards?*

Counselors indicate that prizes are a motivating factor in bringing excitement about preparing for and participating in the event. Students are more engaged when there is an incentive to do so. STUDENT RECOGNITION: Students receive 10 business cards to hand out to exhibitors. Exhibitors select their top 10 students of the day that they feel stood out/made the best impression. ACEC recognizes students who receive one or more nominations. We ask exhibitors to donate a variety of prizes we can award to students who receive 2 or more recognitions by exhibitors. Even a monetary donation to ACEC so we can purchase prizes is helpful. Hats, water bottles, shirts, backpacks, items with company logo, socks, lunch coolers, activity passes, gift cards, cups, mugs, sunglasses, earbuds, fidgets etc.
